Service Description
Once you've purchased a membership plan, you can return at anytime during your membership month to book your lessons. You MUST book and use your allotted lessons every month. If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend all your lessons in a particular month, you may book lessons further out in the schedule to ensure you redeem your lesson bookings for the monthly cycle.
Cancellation Policy
SING WITH ANGEL LEA LLC LESSON POLICIES: Payments are non-refundable. PRIVATE LESSONS/CONSULTATIONS Day of cancellations automatically forfeit the lesson. 24hr notice is required for rescheduling. Rescheduling is for emergencies ONLY. If an emergency arises on my end and I have to cancel, I will make the lesson up promptly. However, this rarely happens. If you NO SHOW for a lesson, the lesson is automatically forfeited. A rescheduled lesson may not be re-rescheduled. If you miss or have to cancel a rescheduled lesson, it is forfeited. Make sure you can commit to the day/time you reschedule so you don’t lose the lesson.
